Whether at home or taking yourself out to a studio or a gym yoga classes. There many health benefits to stepping on your Yoga mat daily.

If you find you lack the motivation or discipline to find the time to jump on your mat don’t worry, any little bit is better than nothing at all.

As much as a 15 min salutation a day still has its benefits. A few breaths in child’s poses is also beneficial.

There is no better time than NOW to start looking after yourself everyday..
