I did 1 yoga class with my friend at yoga Lou and fell in love with it! It was my first time and I was really nervous. The small classes were great as I didn't feel intimidated. Leeanne was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. I wanted to come back but had to wait for a spot. Once I got the spot I found it was such a great class to go to every week. Worked on so many different areas. I look forward to the class every week! Leanne makes everyone feel so comfortable and like we have known her for ages. I've also done the meditation class and highly recommend both to anyone.
